Independent Legal Advice on Mediated Agreements

If you need a lawyer to support you while you and your spouse are working in mediation with another mediator, I am happy to assist you. My job is to provide legal advice to you during your mediation process. When your agreement has been drafted, I will review and edit it with you. I will give you legal advice before you sign the agreement.

I am well known in family mediation circles as a lawyer who will work with clients and mediators to expeditiously complete and sign your separation agreement. My job is not to upset the agreement you have reached in mediation, but to make sure that the i’s are dotted and the t’s are crossed.
