In 2005, I decided to strike out on my own exclusively practicing in the area of family law and mediation.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"font_7\">I knew early on in my own practice that I wanted to help people to find ways to separate (reasonably) amicably.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p class=\"font_7\">I didn&#8217;t want to help them to fight in court.
