as a way to negotiate the terms of your separation. \u00a0(Mediation is also a great process to negotiate a pre-nuptial agreement or marriage contract.)<\/div>\n<div id=\"WRchTxt4-16wr\" class=\"s3\" spouse and we would work through all of the legal\u00a0issues.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p class=\"font_7\">Once all issues are resolved between you and your spouse, I would draft a separation process is by far the best way for clients to separate amicably. It is also the least expensive option using legal professionals.<\/div>\n<div class=\"s14\" data-reactid=\".0.$SITE_ROOT.$desktop_siteRoot.$PAGES_CONTAINER.1.1.$SITE_PAGES.$c66t.1.$StrpSldshw0-ohg\">\n<p class=\"font_7\">But mediation isn&#8217;t for everyone. \u00a0From my experience, the clients who fair the best in mediation are those who have a reasonably high level of initiative\u00a0(<em>can do their &#8220;homework&#8221;
